Graceful Grasses ‘Vertigo’

Is a dramatic ornamental grass known for its bold, deep burgundy-purple foliage and upright, fountain-like form. With strong heat tolerance and fast growth, it creates an instant architectural statement in containers, landscape beds, and modern garden designs. 

Water Requirements: Moderate. Keep soil evenly moist during establishment, drought tolerant once mature.

Soil: Well-draining soil; thrives in fertile, loamy mixes but adapts to a variety of soils.

Growth Rate: Fast.

Bloom Time: Typically grown for foliage; may produce occasional plumes late in season in warm climates.

Temperature: Warm-season annual in most climates. Hardy outdoors only in zones 8–11. Sensitive to frost.

Pruning: Cut back at end of season in landscapes. In containers, remove any damaged leaves as needed.

Toxicity: Not considered toxic.
