Dracaena marginata (Madagascar Dragon Tree)
Is a tropical evergreen plant valued for its slender stems and narrow, arching foliage with distinctive red margins. Commonly used as an indoor specimen, patio container plant, or tropical accent in warm climates, it provides strong vertical interest and a modern architectural look in residential and commercial landscapes.
Water Requirements: Low to moderate. Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings; water regularly during the first growing season, then as needed. Avoid overwatering.
